Giorgio Armani is marking the arrival of its Mare resort capsule with an inter-city pop-up, bringing the spirit of Italian seaside resort into the air-conditioned halls of Marina Bay Sands. In true Italian fashion, summer is to be celebrated, and indisputably, on a grandiose scale.
Singapore will be the tenth destination in the pop-up’s itinerary, and stands among 10 other cities to enjoy Giorgio Armani Mare’s celebration of summertime. In a press statement, the label helms the destinations to be “some of the most important cities and destinations in Europe and Asia”. The pop-up began its international journey at seaside destination Porto Cervo, and continued to other port locations at their seafront boutiques.

Aptly, the pop-up’s designs are clued in by its name, Mare, which translates to sea in Italian. The travelling event adapts venues with all the seasonal fixings; think hues of blue, tropical leaf patterns, and woven furnishings, creating a marine-reminiscent space that draws inspiration from the brand’s spring/summer 2023 collection.
