Irish Wish follows Maddie, a book editor who is hopelessly in love with the writer she’s been ghostwriting for. In a twisted turn of events, the love of her life gets engaged to her best friend. Just days before the wedding, Maddie makes a spontaneous wish for true love, transforming her from the bridesmaid to the bride-to-be. Irish Wish evokes the nostalgic charm of early 2000s romantic comedies, akin to films like Freaky Friday and 16 Wishes.
