Luxury is a multifaceted thing. It can mean attention to detail, a release of inhibitions, or giving in to your deepest impulses. This weekend, GRAZIA Singapore invites you to step out and experience luxury on your own terms.

Indulgence is on the menu at Singapore’s premier dining venues. Sushisamba and Tanjong Beach Club are both hosting sumptuous bottomless brunches, and an exciting new dining space at Duxton aims to pique your palate. Or maybe for you, luxury is messier—let loose and get sweaty under the afternoon sun with the return of the outdoor party series Ice Cream Sundays. However you define it, indulgence is calling out to you this weekend, and we promise not to judge.

Friday Afternoon: Soar Above The City With Sushisamba’s New Friday Menu

Sushisamba is already the go-to destination for Singapore socialites looking for a bit of flair with their dining, but the fusion restaurant continues to get creative with the introduction of Long Lunch Fridays. The three-course lunch set features Sushisamba’s signature funky blend of Peruvian, Brazilian, and Japanese influences in dishes like Wagyu beef tataki, Chilean sea bass, and prawn anticucho. Surrounded by panoramic city views, it’s the ideal way to round off a long week.

Sushisamba is located at 168 Robinson Road, Level 52 Capital Tower, Singapore 068912.

Friday Night: Tantalise Your Senses At Temper

Temper is the already vibrant Duxton enclave’s buzziest new offering. The 4000 square foot, Bauhaus-inspired space is part wine bar, cocktail bar, lounge, and restaurant—and lest you think that’s too ambitious a directive, each element of Temper is curated by a seasoned professional. The cocktail menu is the brainchild of June Baek, the rising star bartender at Hup San Social Club; the vibey lounge’s music is overseen by Joshua Pillai of Cé La Vi and Mandala Club; the head chefs boast previous stints at Willow and Burnt Ends, and the sommelier is the equally accomplished Roberto Duran, formerly at 67 Pall Mall. Now that you know Temper’s credentials hold up to scrutiny, why not experience it for yourself?

Temper is located at Mondrian Singapore Duxton, 83 Neil Road, #01-07, Singapore 089813.

Saturday Afternoon: Unwind, Riviera Style, At Tanjong Rosé Club

Bottomless brunches, an exclusive Drunk Elephant pop-up, and more: this September weekend in Singapore is all about the luxurious.

Tanjong Beach Club’s bottomless rosé brunch is an indulgent, sun-soaked celebration, offering three hours of live entertainment, free-flow AIX rosé, and sumptuous grilled seafood platters. We know what you’re thinking: will there be caviar service? Fret not—Nomad Caviar will be on the scene providing premium caviar bumps, because what brunch would be complete without them? Dress in Riviera white and prepare to be pampered.

Tanjong Rosé Club will be held at Tanjong Beach Club, 120 Tanjong Beach Walk, Singapore 098942.

Saturday Night: Get Vibing With Ice Cream Sundays’ Outdoor Rave

Singapore’s most wholesome darty (read: daytime party) is back, celebrating its ninth birthday at Tanjong Pagar. Ice Cream Sundays was started almost a decade ago by a group of schoolmates looking to create memorable experiences for music-lovers in Singapore, and soon blossomed into one of the city’s coolest outdoor party collectives. With previous stints at offbeat locations like Haw Par Villa and Gillman Barracks, the group behind the popular party series are now pros at mixing things up while always delivering on good vibes. This year’s edition is said to go all out on set design and production, with Rasa hosting the afterparty to keep the energy flowing into the late hours.

Ice Cream Sundays will be held at Tanjong Pagar Distripark, 39 Keppel Road, Singapore 089065. The Ice Cream Sundays afterparty will be held at Rasa, 9 Raffles Place, #02-01 Tower 1, Republic Plaza, Singapore 048619.
