Of course it’s everyone’s favourite It-girl Jennie that debuted the Chanel Première Sound last week. The Blackpink star attended Chanel’s Coco Crush Pop-up in Seoul on 3 July sporting the futuristic design, which is a hybrid necklace adorned with the maison’s Première watch face and two functional earbuds.

Despite the new additions, Chanel’s house codes were not lost on the piece. The necklace reimagines the namesake watch, which features a black-lacquered dial shaped like the stopper of Chanel No. 5’s fragrance bottle and a chain bracelet strap interwoven with black leather straps, evoking the chain of the house’s bags.

At the pop-up, Jennie paired the statement piece with a black mesh minidress, matching bag and printed leggings.
