While Versace’s starry front row was filled with A-listers like Anne Hathaway, Miley Cyrus, Cher, Dua Lipa, Pamela Anderson, Paris Hilton, Lil Nas X, and more, its runway was just as plentiful with supermodel stars. Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Emily Ratajkowski and the legendary Naomi Campbell fiercely took to the catwalk at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood on Thursday evening.
Hadid opened the Italian fashion house’s Fall/Winter 2023 presentation in a sleek, black skirt suit and latex gloves before appearing on the runway for a second look. This time, the Next in Fashion co-host wowed the crowd in a cheeky black ballgown. Featuring a sheer corseted bodice with a high illusion neckline and long sleeves, the gown extended into a voluminous belted A-line skirt that was worn low on her hips and slung back even lower in the rear.
Worn with strappy pumps, a choker necklace of large rhinestone-encrusted beads, and a dramatic black flick of feline eyeliner, Hadid’s platinum blonde strands were worn down and straight with a middle-part.

Mega models like Anna Ewers, Mariacarla Boscono, Nora Attal, Anok Yai, Irina Shayk, Stella Maxwell, Adut Akech, Abbey Lee, Liu Wen, Imaan Hammam also ushered Donatella Versace’s designs down the runway.
As the face of Versace’s Spring/Summer 2023 campaign, Ratajkowski stepped out in an impossible chic, streamlined mid-length strapless dress with a rounded neckline and a cinched waist. Teamed with sheer black stockings, pumps embellished with little bows, latex gloves, and a baby pink handbag, and glittering brooch earrings, Ratajkowski’s look was the ultimate juxtaposition between sweet femininity and a villainous vixen.
Elsewhere, Campbell, the Queen B of all supermodels sashayed down the runway in a black halter neck column dress with an intricately beaded bust, teamed with long leather opera gloves, and strappy pointed-toe pumps.
For a grand finale, Jenner closed the supermodel-filled show wearing a black crystal-emblazoned minidress with buoyant puff capelet sleeves and a bedazzled neckline, teamed with leather gloves, sheer black stockings, ballet-slipper pumps and a matching pink handbag.

Due to forecasts of inclement weather, the Versace team decided to reschedule their highly anticipated show from Friday to Thursday at the last minute. Luckily, the switch up didn’t affect the star-studded guest-list from attending.
The starry lineup makes perfect sense for Versace. Under founder Gianni Versace, the house has been widely credited for launching the fan-favorite celebrity supermodel mold in the 1990s and has always befriended the world’s most beloved musicians and Hollywood icons.
While Donatella has been unquestionably busy preparing for last night’s extravaganza, the designer made time last week to visit the Los Angeles LGBT Center for a tour of the nonprofit and a keynote conversation with the Center’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Phillip Picardi.
The designer’s visit celebrated the announcement of a new scholarship program for LGBTQ+ fashion students, supported by the Versace Foundation and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA).
