It’s not everyday that you encounter a flash mob outside the Piazza del Duomo in Milan, but then again there’s nothing typical about the way MCM does things.

The aforementioned flash mob, titled “Dancing Duomo”, took place as part of the German luxury brand’s Spring/Summer 2025 presentation during Milan Fashion Week. Led by South Korean stars Go Toe Kyung (best known as @gotoegram on Instagram), DKB’s Harry-June, Sean (@jinusean3000) and Candy Shop member Sui, the flash mob saw hundreds of dancers gather at the historic square to groove and jam to K-pop songs.

That’s one way to make your mark at MFW. Another way is to showcase a really great collection. MCM’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, Under The Sea, drew from marine inspirations and resulted in an array of striking clothes, bags and accessories.

The bags stole the spotlight: MCM’s classic Cognac Visetos bags came covered in coral graphics, while shopper tote bags were adorned with 3D bag charms of starfish, seahorses and turtles. The 3D Diamant bag—an accessory loved by Thai actor Mew Suppasit—is now offered as a crossbody bag. And there are hobo bags crafted from laser-cut leather, resembling the patterns of fishing nets.

Deep-sea divers also inspired the new Magic Gilet vest in neoprene and leather, which featured the sort of zippers that are often found on scuba diving gear. Besides the sea, MCM also made references to the shore. The Lauretos monogram has been updated with playful palm tree motifs straight out of a beach club, appearing across bags, baseball caps, shirts and shorts. You can also expand your wardrobe with the equally vibrant pink oversized coats, which are crafted from recycled materials.
