In a move that pushes the boundaries of the K-pop realm, The Black Label, helmed by renowned producers Teddy Park and Kush, has unveiled Allday Project. This group marks the label’s first-ever co-ed idol group.
Having made their official debut this week, the label introduced the quintet as a special collaboration of five unparalleled artists, a bold description that doesn’t feel like mere promotional fluff.
Each member brings their own distinct identity and expertise to the table, coming together to form a group that isn’t just aiming to follow in the footsteps of typical idol acts, but to rewrite them.
Though they are not the first co-ed group in K-pop (think Kard), the concept of co-ed idol groups in Korean entertainment still feels special and largely untouched. After all, it has been almost a decade since Kard debuted, and since then, co-ed groups have been few and far between.
Allday Project’s Concept
Uniting to push the boundaries of creative expression and challenge conventional norms, the group’s debut single, titled Famous (2025), instantly lands as a deliberate statement of identity.
Driven by a hypnotic, hip-hop rhythm with spoken-style verses, the track favours attitude and repetition over traditional melodies and choruses.
Its groove-heavy and unconventional structure immediately sets the tone for Allday Project’s identity, making an immediate impact and quickly gaining traction globally.
The Members Of Allday Project
Generating buzz for its standout lineup, the quintet consists of members Annie, Tarzzan, Bailey, Woochan, and Youngseo. Amongst them are former pre-debut idols, world-class choreographers and models.
Annie
Emerging as one of K-pop’s most intriguing figures, the 23-year-old Columbia University student draws attention with her prestigious family background.
Beyond the headlines, though, she has also earned her merit as a model and influencer.
Tarzzan
Born Lee Chae-won, the 22-year-old model and performer brings both strong dance and visual credentials. He has also appeared in popular music videos, like NewJeans’s Supernatural (2024) and i-dle’s I Do (2023).
Bailey
A prodigy in every sense, Bailey is no stranger to the K-pop industry. At just 21 years old, she has already contributed to the choreography of viral hits like Aespa’s Savage (2021), Red Velvet’s Psycho (2019), and K/DA’s Pop/Stars (2018).
Her deep-rooted expertise in dance positions her as a standout performer, bringing a level of stage experience that’s unmatched among rookie debuts.
Woochan
Formerly a soloist, the 20-year-old rapper first rose to prominence during the sixth season of reality rap competition Show Me The Money (2017). He later became part of Hybe’s Trainee A project, before he eventually joined Allday Project.
Youngseo
The group’s youngest member, Youngseo, is best known for her appearance on Belift’s survival show titled R U Next? (2023), where she earned a spot in the pre-debut lineup of Illit before parting ways with the group.
She is a well-seasoned trainee, and previously trained under top labels like SM Entertainment and Source Music.
