Power, Purpose & Parenthood Panel Discussion With Jane Chuck, Germaine Chow & Eugenie Chan
How do powerful women do it all? Taking place on 5 July, join Jane Chuck, Germaine Chow and Eugenie Chan as they discuss seeking success on their own terms at the Power, Purpose & Parenthood panel talk. The trio will speak on confidence, finding balance in their hectic lives, and embracing vulnerability through their real-life experiences. Time to get inspired.

Sweat, Train & Glow With Dannibelle Robertson

Ready to sweat it out? Led by Glow Festival headliner Dannibelle Robertson, this strength and conditioning workout will have you moving, vibing and feeling strong. A licensed personal trainer and fitness coach, Robertson will have you smiling through the sweat. This all-in-one session will feature upbeat circuit training, tapping into endurance, strength movements and dynamic cardio in just 45 spicy minutes.
Sweat, Train & Glow with Dannibelle takes place on 6 July, from 1pm to 1.45pm.
Sensory Soundscape With Wild Fig Yoga
If it’s zen you’re seeking at the Glow Festival, look no further than the Sensory Soundscape experience with Wild Fig Yoga. Ground yourself in the moment and let your stress melt away in this guided 60-minute journey, brought to life with the gentle vibrations of quartz crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls. Trust us, you’ll leave feeling balanced, refreshed and reset.

Fitness Concert With Tyen Rasif And Brandon Chong
Move and groove to the music at the Fitness Concert by performer Tyen Rasif and yoga instructor Brandon Chong. While Chong leads you through smooth yoga flows and strength sets, Rasif brings the movements to life through live acoustic performance. Forget what you thought you knew about yoga, this unique class will defy all expectations, and leave you wanting more.

Sleeping Well Workshop With Thomson Medical
We all know we should be getting in eight hours of shut-eye every night, but sometimes, it’s just not that simple. Enter Dr Lee Chuen Peng, an expert in all things sleep, and the sole Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine in Singapore. During this sleep health workshop, Dr Lee will share more about why we sometimes find it so challenging to get in a good night’s rest, and what we can actually do about it.

TCM Guide to Menstrual Wellness
When it comes to wellness, menstrual health is one topic that deserves more attention. And physician Lee Hui Min is setting out to do just that, with her educational workshop that combines the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with menstrual health management. Through acupressure, food therapy and even lifestyle tweaks, Lee will shed light on how women can better support their cycles with practical tools and techniques.
