The experience is designed as a curated circuit of heat and cold. Begin by sinking into magnesium mineral baths heated to 38–40°C, designed to soothe tired muscles and calm the mind. For a revitalising boost, move to the cold plunge—a brisk 6–8°C—to sharpen the senses. The highlight, however, is Singapore’s first Nordic-inspired hot lounge, where shaved ice and body salt scrubs offer a bracing contrast of temperatures to invigorate the skin.
Wellness here is a lifestyle. On Wednesday and Friday afternoons, the studio hosts yoga, stretching, and sound healing sessions—a space where design, art, and health converge around intentional living.
