Music festival season is upon us, and to kick things off, we have perhaps the most well-known of the lot—Coachella 2024. Whether you’re in Singapore or in California on the partying under the Coachella sun, GRAZIA Singapore rounds up the best of beauty that you may have missed over the weekend. From new launches in Singapore at Sephora to the best festival-ready makeup looks and nail sets, here are our favourite snaps from 12–14 April.

Leonie Hanne’s Beauty Inspiration At Coachella

Music festivals are the best place to whip out your boldest looks, and we don’t just mean in your styling choices. The playground of the Coachella desert (or any music festival, really) is your oyster—no makeup look is too crazy. Get some inspiration from German blogger Leonie Hanne, who has proudly attended the festival for over 10 years. Add sparkles, jewels and bold eyeshadows to your arsenal, you’re gonna need them to fully rock the Coachella aesthetic. As for your hair, you can consider adding tiny rope braids (à la Hanne) to your locks, for a cute carnival vibe.

Coachella Nails

The best thing about getting your nails done is being able to change them all the time. With weekend one of Coachella down, we’ve been seeing countless ideas for new festival sets, including these by @nailzzbysteph. It’s giving desert flower and golden-hour sunset. And while we do believe in the beauty of ‘more is more’, this set delicately balances intricate designs with a creamy, nude base, for an elevated French tip look.

A Big Blowout

In praise of the blowout, check out this alluring hairstyle from Khanh Linh, a Vietnamese digital creator, who knows exactly how to style her bob effortlessly. The intense volume projects a retro feel, but she keeps the look playfully modern by incorporating a soft blush look. Though we can’t be 100% sure, Khanh Linh’s soft weekend glam appears to make use of just one tone, which she applied generously across her eyelids and cheeks. Another fuss-free look to add to your rotation.

High Impact, Low Effort Eyes

This super simple (and we actually mean simple this time) eyeshadow look from Tiktoker and photographer Hannah Khymych is to die for. Using only two shimmery eyeshadow shades, a luminescent baby blue and a soft lime green, Khymych creates a fun, editorial-style makeup look that still feels wearable. Plus, with the punch of the blue mascara, we’re loving how the colours in this look are really allowed to shine through—the perfect glam for fun events on the weekends.

Paula’s Choice, Kosas and KraveBeauty at Sephora

Sephora is getting many big upgrades as of late. This April, the beauty retailing giant will be home to three new labels: Paula’s Choice, Kosas Cosmetics and KraveBeauty.

Kosas Cosmetics, founded by Sheena Zadeh-Daly, is a Los-Angeles based beauty company, whose best-selling product is its Revealer Concealer, that’s chock-full of skincare ingredients. Grounded in its desire to simplify our skincare routines, KraveBeauty is the beauty label established by YouTuber and content creator Liah Yoo. KraveBeauty will be making its debut in Singapore in Sephora outlets on 18 April. Paula’s Choice Skincare is also launching in Singapore Sephora stores on 18 April, with an exclusive product drop to celebrate this milestone. The skincare label is introducing its 6% Mandelic Acid + 2% Lactic Acid Liquid Exfoliant, the latest addition to the dermatologist-approved brand.
