South Korean model and actress Hoyeon has clinched yet another brand deal under her belt—say hello to the newest global ambassador of Lancôme.
“I’m deeply honoured to join Lancôme and the other amazing ambassadors who are a source of inspiration to me and others around the world. It’s a dream to be partnering with such an iconic brand that empowers women and makes them shine inside out,” the Squid Game star said in press statement.
At age 28, the model-turned-actress has garnered an impressive roster of accolades. Her breakout role in Netflix’s Squid Game earned her a SAG awards win and a Primetime Emmy Award nomination. Since her acting debut, she’s fronted campaigns for Calvin Klein, Chanel and Adidas, and starred alongside Jim Carrey in The Weeknd’s music video, Out of Time. Jung was also announced to be Louis Vuitton‘s global ambassador for fashion, watches and jewellery, a move that solidified her prominence in the fashion industry.

Jung will join other industry mavericks to front Lancôme. The Paris-based beauty brand has tapped onto the likes of Julia Roberts, Lupita Nyong’o and Zendaya, and recently-appointed fresh faces like Malian-French singer Aya Nakamura, and YouTuber turned entrepreneur Emma Chamberlain.
