Six of Rolex’s lines receive an update this year, starting with the debutant in 2023, the Rolex Perpetual 1908. The collection welcomes a new version in platinum, with a finely decorated ice blue guilloché dial bearing a geometric rice-grain motif laid out in a concentric pattern that appears to originate from the small seconds counter at 6 o’clock. A fluted bezel and filet sauté guilloché around the minute track add to the intricacy of the offering.
Meanwhile, the Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona is now rendered as a complementary pair: in white gold, with a diamond-set dial in white and black mother-of-pearl, a bezel set with 36 diamonds, and an Oysterflex bracelet—as two versions that are the inverse of each other.
Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II
The Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II in Oystersteel with a black dial and an Oyster bracelet or Jubilee bracelet now features, for the first time, a Cerachrom bezel insert in muted grey and black ceramic, while the Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 40 and Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 36 both welcome two new versions: in Everose gold with a slate ombre dial and in white gold with a white mother-of-pearl dial for the former, and in yellow gold with a white lacquer dial and in Everose gold with a blue-green dial for the latter.
The Oyster Perpetual Sky-Dweller in Everose or yellow gold and now fitted with a Jubilee bracelet, and Oyster Perpetual Rolex Deepsea now offered in yellow gold, round out this year’s presentation.
