Singapore underwent a glittering high jewellery makeover this week, courtesy of Bvlgari’s star-studded showcases. At the Beyond Time pop-up in Paragon, heritage met jewellery excellence in a celebration of Singapore’s 60th birthday and Bvlgari’s dedicated craftsmanship. Alongside their Octo Finissimo timepieces, Bvlgari also unveiled a Singapore-exclusive SG60 edition of their Octo Roma WorldTimer watch with an array of celebrities in attendance.
The elegant display of craftsmanship was only rivalled by the star power of the attendees. To the joy of fans crowding along the upper bannisters, GRAZIA Singapore cover star Faye Peraya made an appearance, looking regal in a deep sea green gown with a flowing two-toned cape, perfectly accessorised with gold Serpenti bracelets. Meanwhile, Davika Hoorne was striking in a sculptural black leather Zuhair Murad dress. Another GRAZIA Singapore cover girl—Pia Wurtzbach—shone in two looks. First, she showcased a Serpenti necklace in a white gown with a plunging neckline, and later mingled with fans in an all-black leather and crinoline Alaïa outfit.
Later in the week, the historic House of Tan Yeok Nee, known for its craftsmanship and architectural details, served as a fitting backdrop to unveil the next chapter in Bvlgari’s Color Journey saga. The dazzling trunk show displayed over 145 pieces and was dedicated to the tourmaline. As the only gem to appear in every shade of the colour spectrum, the so-called ‘rainbow gemstone’ was a fitting reflection of the glimmering array of pieces and personalities on display. Thai stars Mile Phakphum and Orm Kornnaphat were among those who made appearances. Orm sported Divas’ Dream earrings and Serpenti bracelets while Mile was elegantly understated in a satin shirt and wool military-style jacket. They were joined by Vietnamese actress and singer Chi Pu, clad in a sage green brocade gown and gold Serpenti statement pieces.
