What’s a royal wedding without tiaras? This Singaporean jewellery brand played a major role in the recent royal wedding between Brunei’s HRH Prince Abdul Mateen and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Anisha Rosnah Binti Adam: Flower Diamond is the creative force behind the tiara worn by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Anisha Rosnah during their wedding reception on 14 January, a week into the 10-day wedding ceremony.
The spectacular white gold creation is set with 838 diamonds totalling 132 carats and in a variety of cuts—square, oval, pear and round brilliant—and took about eight months to design, source, craft and complete.
Originally commissioned for the January 2023 wedding of HRH Princess Azemah, HRH Prince Abdul Mateen’s older sister, the tiara was designed based on her request for a modern, light shape that highlights the brilliance of the diamonds, and subsequently resized to fit Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Anisha Rosnah.
Founded in 1996 by Dato DIMP Belinda Chua, Flower Diamond has built a solid reputation creating timeless bespoke jewellery as well as pillars such as the elegant Signature Butterfly Collection, the modern Sabrina’s Collection, and the Composite range, with jewels featuring clusters of smaller stones that create an outsize visual impact.
