As you go about shopping in preparation for your Chinese New Year 2025 celebrations, you may notice that some new stores have popped up around town. Fashion brands like Max Mara and Tom Ford have unveiled sleek retail spaces whose interior design concepts are just as luxurious as the clothes and accessories that they offer. In this month’s GRAZIA Address Book, we list all the fashion stores that have recently opened in Singapore and tell you what makes them so special.

Between the fabulous displays of cashmere coats and the plush fitting rooms, Max Mara’s Creativa store at Marina Bay Sands is simply luxurious. But the temporary store has a humble concept: it’s inspired by Max Mara’s factories and warehouses in Italy. The space is furnished with shipping crates and racks that mimic a garment conveyor. On a screen by the entrance, a video shows us how the Italian luxury brand’s coats are brought to life with skilled craftsmanship. Within this unique retail space, you can currently discover Max Mara’s, Venice-inspired Resort 2025 collection, featuring opulent pieces in sequins and jacquard. There are also rich red pieces from the brand’s Chinese New Year capsule to choose from, if you’re in search of a festive ensemble. Of course, you will also find Max Mara’s iconic coats on display. As mentioned, Max Mara’s Creativa store is a temporary retail destination, and it will be open until January 2026.

Max Mara’s Creativa store (#B1-128) is located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.

When Blue Pongtiwat graced the opening of Tom Ford’s flagship store in Singapore on 17 January, he also made a convincing case for sharp tailoring. You don’t need the Thai actor’s height to look that good in a suit: at Tom Ford’s new store, located in Paragon Shopping Centre, you can have the perfect suit crafted for you via the luxury brand’s Made-to-Measure service. You can choose from Tom Ford’s many fabrics (classic sharkskin and herringbone, or this season’s finest silk?), create an embroidered monogram, and select the right buttons for your customised formalwear, eveningwear and shirt designs. You can also shop what’s already available. Tom Ford’s womenswear and menswear, leather goods, eyewear, underwear and fragrances are all on display across both floors of the marble-clad store.

Tom Ford’s flagship store (#01-04/06 and  #02-04/07) is located at Paragon Shopping Centre.

The Finnish brand‘s bold prints take centre stage

Marimekko lovers can now pay a visit to the Finnish brand’s second store in Singapore, located at Takashimaya. While the retail space doesn’t have a café, like Marimekko’s concept store in ION Orchard does, it boasts plenty of room for you to discover the brand’s colourful prints across dresses, shirts, tote bags and home décor offerings. The store also houses Marimekko’s iconic Fabric Wall, showcasing the brand’s exuberant textiles in silk, linen and cotton, which you can use to create custom clothing and furnishings. Not crazy about colour? Check out the selection of everyday clothing, bags, ceramic tableware and lifestyle accessories that come in soothing Mocha Mousse brown, Pantone’s 2025 Colour of the Year.

Marimekko’s store (#B1-27/28) is located at Takashimaya Shopping Centre.

Charles & Keith, Marina Bay Sands

Homegrown fashion brand Charles & Keith pays tribute to Singapore’s sleek modernity with its new store in Marina Bay Sands. The retail space comes with a minimalist interior design that incorporates eco-friendly touches, like the handmade concrete tiles on the store’s façade and back wall displays. Against this setting, Charles & Keith’s cult-favourite bags and shoes—which currently come in shades of pink and red in celebration of Chinese New Year—stand out all the more.

Charles & Keith’s store (#B2-46) is located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
