Haute couture is an important tradition at the house of Dior, which is one of the few fashion brands that have a spot on the prestigious Paris Couture Week schedule. The French fashion brand will kick off the Spring/Summer 2025 shows on Monday, 27 January, with a presentation in Paris. Blackpink member and Dior ambassador Jisoo is set to grace the event.
Dior’s previous haute couture show, for Fall/Winter 2024, paid tribute to athletes and sports—owing largely to the fact that it was presented shortly before the 2024 Paris Olympics. For that collection, designer Maria Grazia Chiuri created draped silk dresses worthy of the original Olympic Games in Ancient Greece. She also offered elegant metallic ensembles in jersey, elevating the classic sportswear fabric into something fit for couture.
What does she have in store for Dior’s Spring/Summer 2025 haute couture fashion show? Stay tuned to find out when the show is unveiled on 27 January at 10.00 pm (Singapore time), via the livestream below.
