It’s not everyday that a fashion show is staged in Athens, but the Greek capital turned out to be the perfect place for Cos to present its Spring/Summer 2025 collection. On 2 April, the London-based brand took over the Dionyssomarble Quarry for its off-calendar fashion show, with guests like Gemma Chan, Jung Somin, Jodie Turner-Smith, Heart Evangelista and Cos campaign star Adrien Brody in attendance. The location bears significance: the quarry produces the same white marble that was used throughout ancient Athens, especially in the construction of historic Greek monuments like the Acropolis and the Parthenon.

The quarry’s white marble walls and floors served as the dramatic backdrop for Cos’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, designed by COS creative director Karin Gustaffson. Gustaffson translated her vision of a “powerful dialogue between structure and fluidity, strength and softness” into 35 looks, encompassing womenswear, menswear, knitwear and accessories that came in a palette of timeless neutrals, warm earthy tones and muted blues. The collection expressed movement and femininity through elegantly draped silk shirts and dresses, while the sheerness of lightweight fabrics softened tailored looks.
Ahead, take a closer look at the best pieces from the Cos Spring/Summer 2025 collection, some of which are now in stores.
1. Double-breasted wool blazer

Cos made a statement with its opening look: a double-breasted blazer with matching trousers. Crafted from wool, the jacket is marked by clean lines as seen along its lapels and shoulders. Despite its striking silhouette, the jacket has a relaxed structure, making it a versatile piece for your wardrobe.
2. Suede half-zip blouson jacket

Behold, one of the chicest outerwear pieces you can own. This Cos blouson jacket comes with a standing funnel neck that can be unzipped to create a wide collar. Equally wide is the jacket’s silhouette, which opens up at the hemline and along the vent at the back. The jacket is crafted from suede in grey, a colour that emphasises the fabric’s texture.
3. Silk-scarf detail shirt

Cos is big on draping this season, and that is exemplified in its take on classic shirting. This elegant top, crafted from mulberry silk, comes with a scarf detail that can be knotted at the front or draped over the shoulder, as styled on the runway.
4. Sock boots

A peculiar and emerging footwear trend that has already hit the streets of New York is the sock shoe. Designed to resemble and feel as comfortable as a pair of socks, Cos’s knitted sock boots toe the line between formal and informal. For best results, go for the pair in black.
5. Printed silk dress

For parties, consider this draped silk dress. It features a marbled print inspired by Renaissance paintings. The print is achieved by photographing flower buds pressed against a lens—resulting in a design you won’t see anywhere else.
6. Layered fine cashmere cardigan

This season, Cos takes the fuss out of layering with this cashmere cardigan. It actually features a vest and a cardigan bound together, allowing you to wear it with the sleeves twisted around the waist. You can also take cues from this runway look and drape one half of the cardigan across your body, and tuck it into a skirt.
7. Suede drawstring bag

Perhaps in response to our increasing need for comfort in chaotic times, fashion brands have been introducing more bags with slouchy silhouettes, or crafted from softer materials. Cos puts a sophisticated spin on the trend, adding a leather trim to its new suede drawstring bag. A versatile piece, the bag can be carried as a backpack or by its top handles.
8. Textured dress

Even as it explores sculptural forms, Cos ensures the wearability of its pieces. Case in point: this dress, which is crafted from textured fabric that holds its shape while remaining lightweight.
9. Aviators

Following its exploration of archival sunglasses styles in its collaboration with Linda Farrow, Cos offers a fresh interpretation of the classic aviators. This pair comes with bright blue lenses that are sure to make an impression.
10. Pleated dress

The soft pleating on this Cos dress adds texture without restricting movement. In fact, the dress flows freely when worn, making it an ideal summertime ensemble.
