From the moment she stepped onto the scene, Taylor Russell hasn’t missed a beat with her bold red carpet style, quickly became a highlight at any Hollywood soirée. And though it’s been a minute since we’ve seen her grace a step-and-repeat, her appearance at the 2024 BAFTA Film Awards proves she’s not slowing down.
For the awards ceremony in London, the actress looked ethereal in a white bespoke gown by her go-to designer, Loewe, of which Russell is a global ambassador for.
Giving Björk’s infamous swan dress a run for its money, the custom look featured a turtleneck with daring cut-outs and a backless silhouette. Along the hips, fabric was twisted up with feathers, which also appeared further down, skimming along the hem of the skirt.
The 29-year-old, who was styled by Ryan Hastings, wore her hair in a low bun with her cropped bangs pushed to the side. Her makeup included a cool-toned smoky cat eye and orangey-nude glossy lip.
And where there’s feathers, there’s usually some sparkle to go with it. Completing the modern twist on Old Hollywood glamour, Russell sported Tiffany & Co. diamond earrings and a single bracelet, keeping the focus on the sculptural dress.
