As awards season unfolds in all its opulent glory, the BAFTA Awards remain a calendar highlight. Now in its 78th year, the annual ceremony, held by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, has once again ushered a masterclass in high glamour, bringing together a host of Hollywood royalty and fashion A-listers that set out to impress.

Deviating from the patterns of previous awards, the night’s honours were shared across a dazzling array of talent, from Conclave’s triumphant Best Film win to Mikey Madison’s surprise Leading Actress victory for Anora.
