“It’s a new world/You and me, face to face/In different languages/Your truth remains the same,” sings Ningning and Giselle in ‘Welcome To MY World‘, which was released last Tuesday. The dreamy track belongs to aespa’s new album, MY WORLD, which dropped on 8 May.
While the quartet is known for their futuristic concepts inspired by cyberspace and video game characters, this album sees the group embracing a more laidback image, sporting casual separates from Korean and international streetwear labels over their usual monochromatic sets.

Karina, the leader and main dancer of aespa, sports a sheer ruffled skirt from 2000Archives along with lace-up boots from Dolls Kill here.
In another teaser image, she pairs a silver top from the Balenciaga and Adidas collaboration with a black pleated miniskirt and khaki leg warmers.

In the ‘Thirsty’ music video released last Thursday, she is seen in a red knitted vest from Greemy and a denim maxi skirt from Ugly Shadow.
