There’s something in the air this week—literally. From scent-filled pop-ups to sky-high dining, the city’s buzzing with experiences that hit all the senses. We’re talking Parisian-style perfume cafés, rare collabs with Michelin-starred chefs, and hands-on heritage workshops that’ll have you crafting egg tarts one minute and catching a moving theatre piece the next.

Whether you’re after a cool story, a great bite, or just something different to do, here’s what’s happening in Singapore this week.

Discover New Scents at Raffles City’s Beauty Vault

Now in its second edition, Raffles City’s Beauty Vault returns with five weeks of full-sensory experiences from 21 luxury brands. Expect ever-changing brand takeovers—beauty powerhouses like Givenchy Beauty, Diptyque, Frédéric Malle, Kilian Paris, and YSL Beauty are set to transform the Vault space week by week—plus an impressive calendar of masterclasses that run the gamut from fragrance layering tutorials to celebrity-level makeup demos.

The Vault Wall is a highlight—a curated showcase of hero products that are equal parts beauty and brains. But perhaps the most irresistible draw? One lucky top spender will win an all-expenses-paid luxury trip to Paris with Maison Francis Kurkdjian, complete with a stay at Le Meurice, a Michelin-starred dinner, and a private fragrance immersion. (Yes, a meet-and-greet with the man himself is on the table.) Just make sure your receipts include purchases from Maison Francis Kurkdjian.

Raffles City Beauty Vault runs from now until 15 June on Level 3 of Raffles City’s Main Atrium.

Dine in the Clouds at HighHouse’s High Tables Series

Good food and good views are a powerful pair, and at HighHouse, the new High Tables series is bringing serious flavour to the top floors of One Raffles Place. This chef residency concept invites some of Singapore’s most exciting culinary names to take over the kitchen—starting with chef Daniele Sperindio, the creative force behind one-Michelin-starred Art di Daniele Sperindio.

His menu, available till June, is a genre-defying remix of Italian roots and Asian imagination. You’ll find playful dishes like Cacio E Peppe Di Mare Tutte Bucce, tossed in a black lime-Parmesan rind sauce and finished with Hokkaido scallops, or Summer in Seoul, a poetic tangle of chilled somen crowned with aged watermelon and tomato jam. Day or night, the vibe stays luxe but relaxed—come for lunch, stay for the skyline, and maybe even a cocktail-fuelled dance under the stars.

The High Tables Series is on now through June at HighHouse, One Raffles Place.

Wander Through the Maison Margiela House of Memories

If your week needs a little more magic, step inside Maison Margiela Fragrances’s House of Memories, a surrealist pop-up where scent and storytelling collide. This isn’t your typical perfume display—it’s a mood-driven experience, built around the maison’s beloved Replica line. Each room whisks you into a bottled moment: the soft sheets of Lazy Sunday Morning, the ambered crackle of By the Fireplace, the forest-floor mystique of Soul of the Forest. The most whimsical detour? The Fantasy Box, where dreamier scents like Flying and Dancing on the Moon come to life in multisensory installations.

When you’re ready to come back down to earth, drift into the Afternoon Delight Café, a Parisian-style corner inspired by the latest Replica fragrance launch. Think warm madeleines, mood-lifting drinks, and a side of sunshine. For something even more intimate, sign up for one of the after-hours masterclasses—tiny, tactile sessions (capped at eight guests) where you can hand-hammer a Replica keychain with Baremetal or wax-seal a letter infused with scent, courtesy of Hier Goods. Everyone leaves with a curated gift bag (worth up to $150), featuring a discovery kit and a shopping voucher for your next Maison Margiela indulgence.

The House of Memories pop-up runs from now until 18 May at 265 Beach Road. To find out more about the exclusive sets and gifts with purchases, visit the Maison Margiela Fragrances House of Memories Lazada microsite here.
