AirPods fans, we’ve got some news for you: It’s time to trade in your old pair for the new AirPods Pro 3. Featuring the world’s best active noise cancellation, the new edition of Apple’s classic in-ear headphones can now remove twice as much noise as previous iterations. Whether you’re at a café and working in a bustling office, you can leave the noise of the world behind.

The new AirPods Pro 3 has also been redesigned to better fit anyone and everyone’s ears better. Go for a run or unwind with some yoga—those pods aren’t going anywhere. Plus, the AirPods Pro 3 now comes with in-built heart rate sensors and integrated workout tracking, with the Fitness app. With just your iPhone and the new AirPods Pro 3, Apple Intelligence will customise insights from your workouts, thanks to Workout Buddy—so you never run alone.

If you’re flying to a foreign country soon, and you’re worried about not understanding the language, don’t be. The AirPods Pro 3 features a live translation features that adeptly translates speech into your chosen language output. This new function is now available in English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish, with four more languages to be added by the end of the year: Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (simplified).

Customers in Singapore can pre-order AirPods Pro 3 starting 11 September, with availability in stores beginning 19 September.

iPhone 17

Your selfies will never be the same. With the debut of the iPhone 17, Apple has unveiled their Center Stage front camera. This new camera technology allows you to take landscape selfies without rotating your phone. Plus, if you’re taking a big group shot—a Met Gala toilet selfie moment, maybe?—the new front camera expands the field of view, and can easily rotate from portrait to landscape mode so you don’t cut anyone out. The rear cameras have also gotten a upgrade: The iPhone 17 will feature a 48MP Fusion main camera as well as a 2x Telephoto lens, so you can finally capture your favourite stars in concert.

Perhaps the most surprising news around the iPhone 17 is that it only comes in size: 6.3 inches—no more Plus models. This ultra-thin new edition—available in black, lavender, mist blue, sage and white—features a thinner border around the phone’s display, and also comes with an Always-On function so you never need to peek at your watch during a meeting.

Plus, the battery life of the iPhone 17 has received a long-awaited boost. Based on your typical battery usage, the new Adaptive Power Mode intuitively conserves battery life so you can get through the day with ease. If you do still need a quick recharge, the iPhone 17 can be charged up to 50 per cent of its full battery life in just 20 minutes with the newly-introduced 40W Dynamic Power Adapter with 60W Max.

Pre-order for the iPhone 17 starts in Singapore on 12 September, and will be available from 19 September.

iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max

If the iPhone 17 still isn’t calling out to you, consider the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max models instead. Featuring the new high-powered A19 chip (that promises quicker processing functions for gaming, video streaming and more), these models come with a massive bump in performance and battery life.

Three 48MP Fusion cameras line the back of the phone: Main, Ultra Wide, and an all-new Telephoto. These cameras actually provide the functional qualities of eight lenses, including the longest optical-quality zoom of up to 8x. And of course, the Pro models come with the Center Stage front camera as well, for crystal clear selfies.

iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max are available in three new finishes: deep blue, cosmic orange, and silver. We’ve got our eye on the cosmic orange, a warm hue that almost leans into a sweet copper colour. And now you don’t need to fret about scratching your precious companion: The front and back of the phone come with Ceramic Shield 2 and Ceramic Shield coating for greater endurance and longevity.
