Thanks to the oakwood finish, this indulgent creation transforms with notes of creamy caramel and a whisper of nutmeg, before taking on a brighter form on the tongue. Set blossom honey, apricot jam and summer berry compote lend a sprightly sweet-tart punch on the palate. The finish sits long and rich, with just a touch of spice at the end.
