This Halloween, the upscale dining destination HighHouse transforms into a manor of terror. Here, you can experience a haunted house like no other. Around the restaurant, roving scare actors bring the horror to life, while HighHouse’s private dining rooms become a series of torture chambers. You can also play a guessing game around the space, but be warned, failed attempts will result in shots of Volcan tequila. No HighHouse party is complete without some booming music, and on 26 October, DJs XTVA and Shaun Nocturnals will turn the heat up, while the eve of Halloween will feature DJ Tang and DJ Kong.

Vertigore: HighHouse Of Horrors will be taking place on 26 and 30 October.

Heaven is a place on earth. And this Halloween, that place is none other than NOVA. At NOVA, Singapore’s highest bar, heaven is brought to life with ASTRA, the supernova light installation created by artist Jun Ong. Dance to the beats of LENERD and Zushan on 26 October, before Fantastic Dinosaur and Fred E take over the space on 30 October. Guests can also enjoy glasses of Rock Angel rosé wine with platters of delectable eats while drinking in the city skyline.

If you’re not much of a partygoer, you can still revel in the Halloween spirit this October. At the Mandarin Oriental Singapore, indulge in some themed treats to bring the spookiness to life. Take your pick from a collection of five bites from The Mandarin Cake Shop, which includes the Vampire’s Kiss, a red and rich chocolate treat filled with a salty cherry ume. To turn the spooky vibes all the way up, opt for the Jack-O-Lantern, with flavours of fig and plum, plus the intoxicating addition of Guinness stout.

The desserts from The Mandarin Cake Shop will be available from 25–31 October. More information here.
