The “Off-the-Cuff” concept ($65 onwards) marks a move away from traditional fixed menus and instead presents an opportunity for adventurous diners to enjoy a bespoke menu expertly curated by Chef Quynh Brown based on your budget, allowing guests to indulge in a little of everything.

Here, expect to enjoy an eclectic mix of dishes crafted from the freshest ingredients, including daily specials, that caters to a variety of palates.

Fancy a more casual option? Gourmet Park Kampong Bugis, a food truck pop-up in the bustling Bugis area, may be your answer. Following the success of Gourmet Park RWS last year, Food Truck Nation is making a return with five local brands. Breakfast by Carnaby serves a classic British fare with a modern twist for fans of pancakes and toasts. The Goodburger and Quattro are elevated Western options offering a variety of plant-based burgers and Neapolitan-style pastas and pizzas respectively.

For a heartier meal, Meatsmith will satisfy your cravings with their smoky Meatsmith Beef Brisket ($28), Pork Belly Burnt Ends ($13) and more.

End off your meal with a well-deserved selection of brownies ($12) from Backyard Bakers, the creators of the viral Blackout Brownies, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

While you’re there, keep a lookout for their roster of events such as chef collaborations and grill-outs, or grab a garden-inspired cocktail, craft beer or coffee.

Indulge in their menu of bistro bites, featuring a roster of their popular Rock & Roll makis such as AC/DC Dynamite ($22++), a tempura-fried mixed seafood rice roll with raw seafood, avocado and a house-made Sriracha sweet soy, and Cowabunga ($30++), seared A4 Wagyu laid on rolled rice, cream cheese, spicy mayo, and more.

Don’t miss the bistro’s cocktails, which stars the Blackout ($23++), a blend of charcoal-infused shochu, Campari and sweet vermouth.

Exclusively available over the Father’s Day weekend, enjoy a complimentary glass of Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc (worth $16) with every order of a Rock & Roll maki.
