Following closely from Milan, Paris Fashion Week is in full swing. The message from the capital’s runways is clear: double down on storytelling and craftsmanship. This spirit frames a season of high-stakes debuts and homecomings, even as luxury confronts a downturn amid economic headwinds and consumer fatigue. Jonathan Anderson unveiled his first outing for Dior. Julian Klausner’s debut at Dries Van Noten was a success. Anthony Vaccarello put Saint Laurent back on the official calendar. And Grace Wales Bonner and Craig Green were back to showing in Paris.

Off the runways, star power is doing its part to reignite excitement. K-pop heavyweights Got7’s Jackson Wang and BamBam, BTS’s J-Hope, and Astro’s Cha Eun-woo have brought megawatt glamour to the French capital. Their presence reflects a growing truth: Asian stars are now its style frontliners, setting the tone for the global fashion agenda.

We first saw Pharrell William’s India-inflected Louis Vuitton collection offset retail gloom with escapist optimism. Set within a giant game of Snakes and Ladders, models glided down the checks with hand-embroidered souvenir tailoring, damier-print denim, and richly dyed Speedy bags in hues of orange and indigo. At Saint Laurent, Anthony Vaccarello delivered a slew of slouchy satin suits in sun-washed ochres and greens, invoking joy and sensual ease over the French house’s usual nocturnal drama. And at Dior, Jonathan Anderson presented a sharp meditation on history and affluence—proving that his cerebral, forward-looking sensibility is right at home at the couture house.

Amid this blend of caution and exuberance, the celebrities seated front-row are proving to distill the week’s mood: personal, polished and future-facing. Ahead, GRAZIA Singapore highlights the best-dressed stars that graced the shows.
