For 2024, we introduce three upcoming K-pop groups that will soon debut, bringing fresh energy and excitement to the industry.

1. NOWADAYS

Hailing from CUBE Entertainment, NOWADAYS is poised to make a splash with their unique sound and captivating performances.

The five-membered K-pop boy band comprises members Hyeonbin, Yoon, Yeonwoo, Jinyuk and Siyun. They promise to deliver a blend of catchy melodies, impressive choreography, and distinctive visuals.

NOWADAYS just dropped their eponymous single album yesterday, on 2 April (Tuesday). Their debut will also mark the music label’s first boy group push in eight years.

2. ILLIT

Next in line is K-pop girl band ILLIT. Stepping into the spotlight under the banner of BELIFT LAB, ILLIT is a quintet composed of Yunah, Minju, Moka, Wonhee, and Iroha. The girls emerged from the survival program titled R U Next? (2023).

Before their debut, ILLIT has already garnered media traction with their appearance at the recent Paris Fashion Week for Acne Studios. They also recently starred in the brand’s SS24 campaign.

ILLIT officially made their debut with their first mini album Super Real Me, on 25 March (Monday).

3. Candy Shop

Adding a sweet touch to the K-pop scene is Candy Shop, the latest girl group to emerge from BRAVE Entertainment.

Candy Shop, composed of Soram, Yuina, Sui, and Sarang, has recently released teaser photos for their first mini album Hashtag#, which was released on 27 March (Wednesday).

In the series of images, the girls wore what seemed like school uniforms, teasing a youthful and vibrant concept. Candy Shop will soon enchant audiences with their debut, bringing a dose of sugar and spice to the music scene.
