Blackpink, Taehyung And RM Brought Some Serious Korean Star Power To Frieze Seoul 2025

The opening party of the art festival's third edition drew the hottest of Korea's A-list

There was only one place to be in South Korea on Monday night. The grand opening of Frieze Seoul 2025 was celebrated in style at the Paradise City Art Space in Incheon, and it seems that South Korea’s entire A-list made an appearance.

The international art festival marked the beginning of its third edition in Seoul with an evening that put art and culture at the forefront. Attendees received an exclusive preview of Paradise Found, an exhibition by American artist Joel Mesler, and enjoyed performances, art installations, and much more.

And while we’re on the topic of the attendees, the guest list was absolutely stacked. There were appearances from BTS members, the Blackpink girls, iconic K-drama stars, and more. BTS’s Taehyung (V) was one of the first stars to arrive, causing a flurry of activity among the waiting media as he stopped to speak with them. Taehyung also caught up with singer Eric Nam before reuniting with fellow BTS member RM inside the event. Representing Blackpink, Rosé, Lisa, and Jisoo also swung by the star-studded event, mingling with the various art and culture figures in attendance. On the film front, K-drama icons Rowoon and Park Seo-joon made appearances, looking dapper in tailored suits. To top it all off, the evening was hosted by DJ Peggy Gou—who we should all thank for snapping selfies with as many stars as possible, giving us a glimpse inside the flashy event. That’s one room we’d kill to be in.
