Faye Malisorn Is More Than A Star
Thai actress Peraya Malisorn, better known as Faye, is a woman in motion—and not just in the literal sense of how she moves gracefully throughout this cover shoot, but also in the way she navigates every facet of her career with intent.
Whether she is commanding the screen with quiet intensity or channelling her creativity into fashion and beauty entrepreneurship, Faye is a woman who moves with purpose.

The rising star of Thai entertainment first made a name for herself in the world of modelling—a career that took her overseas, far from the comforts of home. In 2016, she represented Thailand at the Miss Grand International pageant in Las Vegas, where she placed as runner‑up.
“[Leaving home to compete] was the hardest decision I ever made,” Faye reflects. “I had to prove to myself that I could do it.” That leap of faith led her to acting: Upon returning to Thailand in 2017, she found her true calling as an actor, immersing herself in each role with unwavering dedication and eventually signing with one of the country’s major television networks.

Since then, Faye has built a diverse portfolio, showcasing her versatility across genres. From romance dramas such as Song Naree (2019) and Marn Bang Jai (2020) to the action‑fantasy series The Tale of Skyward Sword (2023), she has proven her ability to embody a wide range of characters.
Most recently, she took on the lead role in Blank (2024), a poignant girls’ love miniseries where she portrays Nueng, a woman navigating a forbidden romance with someone 16 years her junior. As societal and familial expectations loom over them, their love struggles to take flight. It is a performance that once again cements Faye’s ability to bring depth and nuance to the screen, but for all her emotional prowess, there is one particular role she has yet to explore. “I’d actually love to play a villain or a mafia character,” she reveals. “It would definitely be a challenge.”

Faye’s influence extends far beyond the screen. She has effortlessly channelled her creative instincts into the business world too, launching her own clothing brand, Millions Max, a little more than a month ago and soon, a beauty and hair salon. While she remains tight‑lipped about the details of her upcoming venture, she hints that it will be a place where clients can “leave looking and feeling great”.
For Faye, the transition into entrepreneurship felt like a natural evolution. “I love dressing up and designing looks that reflect my style,” she says on her fashion venture. “It’s incredibly rewarding to have the support of both my fans and customers—whether they know me from my acting or not.”

Managing two businesses while maintaining an acting career is no small feat and Faye credits her team for making it all possible. “I can’t do it all alone,” she admits. “Without the people around me, nothing would be possible. Together, we tackle challenges and succeed, and they teach me things I never knew before.” It is a telling insight into her approach to both life and work—she thrives in collaboration, values growth, and understands the importance of surrounding herself with the right people.
For someone so deeply immersed in an industry as fast‑paced as entertainment, Faye’s idea of joy is refreshingly simple: quality time with her dog, Sunny. “Sunny is truly a source of healing for me,” she says, her affection evident. “Even something as simple as [me] saying, ‘Let’s go out’, makes Sunny so happy and it’s a beautiful thing to witness.”

Being the cover star of GRAZIA Singapore’s April issue, which is themed to gastronomy, it seems fitting that Faye doles out a few food‑related titbits. No prizes, though, for guessing the cuisine that holds a special place in her heart.
As the Thai native shares: “Kanom jeen (thin rice noodles typically served with various curries and toppings) is my comfort food. Just seeing it makes me happy.” And while her travels have introduced her to countless culinary delights, she refuses to play favourites. “Each city has its own unique taste and it’s always special to experience the local flavours,” she says.

Despite her accomplishments, Faye hesitates to label herself as “successful”, for the simple reason that she measures success by a different metric: contentment—a state of being she has not yet achieved. She explains: “I’ll always strive to improve myself, and there’s always this drive to prove that I can do better, especially to myself.” The journey so far has not been easy, adds the actress, but every challenge has been a lesson. “Making mistakes is a part of growing,” she reflects. “If I hadn’t made mistakes, I wouldn’t fully appreciate the compliments or learn as much about myself.”

On the cards for Faye is definitely more acting and possibly more business ventures—all anchored by an unwavering commitment to delivering work infused with quality and passion. While waiting for her projects to launch, she hopes that her fans take care of themselves. “They mean everything to me,” she says. “Knowing that someone is waiting for my work fills me with gratitude. Thank you for always supporting me.”
At the heart of it all, Faye is more than an actress, more than an entrepreneur. She is a woman in constant evolution—embracing every role, every challenge and every opportunity through the years with grace, resilience and an unshakable sense of self.
