Coachella 2025 is in full swing. This year’s festival lineup has been wild, to say the least. With mega performers like Lisa, Jennie and Lady Gaga, Coachella 2025 has been one hype set after the other. Plus, Weekend 1 already saw the appearance of a number of amazing guest performers (spoiler alert: an ’80s music legend performed on stage with a certain ex-American Idol contestant).
So in case you missed it, these are all the highlights from weekend 1 of Coachella 2025. We promise, these are pop culture resets you don’t want to miss.
Lisa’s Many, Many Stunning Looks
For Coachella 2025, Lisa is back on stage—as a soloist, this time. The Rockstar singer took to the Sahara stage on Friday in a slew of killer looks, including a few numbers designed by American designer Ashton Levine. As a cue to her Alter Ego album that was released earlier this year, she also wore a bright red custom studded ensemble by Michael Schmidt Studios and Zana Bayne. The Thai superstar also sported an adorable Hello Kitty look designed by GCDS.
Jennie Slayed The Stage (With Kali Uchis!)
At Coachella—or should we say Jenchella?—Jennie brought out singer-songwriter Kali Uchis out on stage to perform the track Damn Right, the track hot off of Jennie’s new album Ruby. Of course, that’s more: the Korean superstar performed a captivating set which included some of her hits like With The IE (way up), Mantra and ExtraL. Just like Lisa, this was Jennie’s first solo Coachella set without the other girls of Blackpink in tow, but fans spotted Rosé and Lisa jamming to Jennie’s electric set in the stands.
Lady Gaga’s Groundbreaking Performance
Lady Gaga’s set at Coachella was one of the highlights of the weekend, according to fans around the world who likened the singer’s performance to a Superbowl halftime show. With the sheer scale and style of Lady Gaga’s set, festival goers couldn’t help but notice that 2000s era Lady Gaga is back. The American star not only battled a vision of her old self on stage, she also brought back the theatrics and musicality that earned her her fame throughout her early career.
Benson Boone Performs Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody

At his first ever Coachella performance, American singer-songwriter Bensoon Boone shocked the crowd when the choral introduction of rock band Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody started. But things got truly wild while halfway through the track, Queen’s original guitarist Brian May appeared on stage. Boone’s homage to Queen not only struck a chord with older fans in the crowd, but also impressed critics who applauded Boone’s spirited performance.
Stay tuned for more updates from Weekend 2 of Coachella 2025.
