You read that right: RM has a new gig! Say hello to the newly minted global ambassador of Bottega Veneta.
After a month of speculation, the news was finally confirmed by the Italian stealth luxury brand’s creative director, Mathieu Blazy just an hour ago. Posting on Instagram, Blazy wrote, “Andiamo! Welcome to the family @rkive”.

In Blazy’s Instagram post, the leader of K-pop sensation BTS can be seen wearing the brand’s viral “flannel shirt” (secretly made from leather), worn by supermodel Kate Moss at Bottega Veneta’s spring/summer 2023 show, over a plain white T-shirt, jeans and sneakers. Finishing off the look, RM toted the Bottega Veneta Andiamo bag.
Speaking about his appointment, RM wrote on Instagram: “So happy to be part of the Bottega family!”
Last month, the Korean rapper caused a stir when he attended Milan Fashion Week and sat front row at the brand’s fall/winter 2023 runway show. Since then, rumours abounded about an impending ambassadorship, until its confirmation today.
