If you’re visiting Seoul, you’d be insane not to get a skin treatment or two. The competitive market for skin perfection drives prices down and keeps innovation at the forefront of any procedure. However, this same competition also leads to “factory clinics” known for high-volume and efficient yet impersonal services, which function like assembly lines. Couple this with a potential language barrier and the sheer number of clinics, and it’s easy to see why a little tweakment can feel intimidating.
With tax refunds on skin treatments disappearing in January 2026, it’s never been more important to go to a clinic you trust. One that can deliver the results you want, and for a price that you can’t get on Orchard Road. Otherwise, what’s the point in going? And all the Korean skincare in the world won’t give you results like laser, radiofrequency, and injectable PDRN. So if, like me, you want a recommendation that can take some of the stress out of looking and feeling your best, I give you Diav Clinic.
THE CLINIC
Located a 1-minute walk away from Myeongdong subway station, the Diav Clinic is a skin clinic catering to both Korean and international customers. I was first recommended the clinic by a Korean friend —so you know it’s good— and wanted to try out Rejuran skin boosters on my first visit. They have service in Korean, English, Chinese and Thai, and everything about my experiences there has been clear and thoughtful. The interior of the clinic is modern and minimal, which helped me relax before the treatments, and I felt confident with the level of cleanliness and personal privacy the clinic provides. Main treatment rooms for things like lasers and microneedling are separate, and each customer gets their own private waiting and treatment ‘pod’, where your numbing cream can work in peace. The Diav team will also remove any make up or suncreen for you before your treatments, so you can focus on relaxing and looking your best.

THE DOCTOR
Dr. Kwon Ohseung is the founder and CEO of the clinic, and on my first visit, Dr. Kwon personally walked me through my consultation. With a list of former clinic titles as long as my arm, and being a member of the Korean Surgical Association, the Korean Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Laser Surgery, the Korean Society of Aesthetic Physicians, and the Korean Society for Obesity and Aesthetic Body Shape, its easy to see why I felt so comfortable discussing the goals I wanted to achieve and the treatments that would get me there. On my second visit to the clinic, my consultation was with a different team member who didn’t speak English, but this wasn’t a problem at all, as we conversed through their wonderful translator, who made me feel at ease while understanding the treatments. Dr Kwon administered the treatments, so you can rest assured you’re in safe hands and can talk to him at any point, even if you don’t have your consultation directly with him.
THE TREATMENTS
When you book on their website, they ask you to add treatments to your cart to lock in your appointment. But you can fully discuss and change those options during your consultation, so treat it as a guide—not a done deal. They offer a wide range of treatments, from Rejuran to lasers to microneedling, and also multiple different kinds of neurotoxins (“Botox”). All of the options you’re considering can be stacked on the same day, and they also do packages if you’re a regular traveller to Seoul—making it even cheaper per session.

THE PRICING
The cost of each treatment is extremely competitive, with some prices cheaper for a one-off producer than for a package price in Singapore. They offer one-time trial prices for your first visit, and you really can’t argue with 9,900KRW (~S$8-9) for one area of Korean Botox. The trial price for one syringe of Rejuran Healer (2cc) is 350,000KRW (~S$307), which I personally have never seen in Singapore. They also offer weekday pricing, one-day package pricing for multiple treatment stacking, and return visitor pricing, so you’re not sucked in with low prices that don’t last. You can visit their website for a complete list of treatments and prices, or reach out to them through their Instagram with any questions.
MY EXPERIENCE
I’ve had a great experience both times I’ve visited the clinic. The service is professional and clear, and I’ve tried multiple treatments that have garnered great results. Even with the Rejuran Healer—which is reportedly very painful, and I can completely verify that on my second visit—Dr Kwon was more than happy to give me a break when I needed it. What I appreciate most about the Diav Clinic’s service is that I’ve never felt pressured into treatments I don’t want, and have actually been persuaded against some I had questions about. The Diav team won’t take advantage of you as a tourist, and instead focuses on customer satisfaction and results over increasing sales. The clinic is a great place to try out new procedures—especially if you’re interested in Rejuran; Dr Kwon won the VVIP Prize from the Rejuran company—and treat yourself to a little glow on your next trip.
