At GRAZIA Singapore HQ, the old excites us as much as the new and in this weekly column, we ask our fellow friends, industry-goers and beauty aficionados about the last thing they loved be it trends, products, or even the image they looked at when it came to inspiring themselves.

Here, Calisthenics Coach and Content Creator Charlene Chew (@charlenechew) shares some of her lasts.

The last beauty product I finished was NARS’s Soft Matte Complete Concealer ($49). I’ve been using this for years and it’s just perfect for dry-combination skin. Because of its texture, I can simply dab it with my fingers on top of powder for a touch-up throughout the day as well.

The last viral makeup/skincare trend I tried was applying blush onto the top corners of the eyebrows with a fan brush which gives you a more lifted appearance. It’s an elegant and subtle way to upgrade your makeup game.

The last beauty product I bought was a Shu Uemura eyelash curler ($42).

The last beauty product I bought again was Tarte Sculpt ™ Contour ($57)!

The last beauty indulgence I treated myself to was a skin booster injection at Ikigai Medical and Aesthetic Clinic and a laser for my burn scars at Eternelle V Clinic. As someone with burn skin grafts, having good skin really requires a lot more time, patience and effort because of how fragile my grafts are. These are my go-to clinics whenever I need that extra boost!

The last beauty product I made a holy grail was a Morphe X Jaclyn Hill Accent Light Highlighter in “Iced” that I got long ago and it’s never stopped being my holy grail. The closest thing to it is my Dior Beauty Backstage Glow Palette in 001 Universal ($80) and the IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Blush in Je Ne Sais Quoi ($42)!

The last beauty product I gifted someone was a NUDESTIX Glow + Core blush ($45)! I had lunch with the co-founder Taylor Frankel last year where she introduced these new Glow + Core blushes and I thought they were genius and sophisticated.

The last beauty product that truly impressed me was Anastasia Beverly Hills’s new Brow Freeze Gel ($44)!

The last makeup/skincare trick I taught someone was how different blush placement can change your entire look! I’ve never been a blush girly but I’m really into it now—you can thank TikTok for that.
