At GRAZIA Singapore HQ, the old excites us as much as the new and in this weekly column, we ask our fellow friends, industry-goers and beauty aficionados about the last thing they loved be it trends, products, or even the image they looked at when it came to inspiring themselves.

Here, Beauty Influencer Atiqa Dar (@Atiqadar) lists down some of her lasts.

The last viral makeup/skincare trend I tried was Mary Phillips’s base makeup routine. I swear by it as I use fewer products and it gives me a natural look without looking cakey.

The last beauty product I bought was a set of Sephora Collection Brushes, I bought a couple of extra brushes for foundation and blending and they are one of the best quality brushes in the market!

Another of brushes I bought was from Sephora as well and it’s been five years but I still use them today.

The last beauty product I bought again was Nudestix’s Nudies Matte All Over Face Color Blush in Sunset Strip ($57). If I ever had to have only one blush in the world, it would be this one.

I have them on my Sephora wait list (again) as it’s always out of stock.

The last beauty product I made my holy grail was Chanel’s Les Beiges Healthy Glow Bronzing Cream-Gel Bronzer ($67). I scoured Singapore to find this only for the staff to tell me they don’t carry it in Asia.

The first thing I did when I went to London was to buy it at Harrods and I’ll be going back in summer to get more!

The last beauty product I gifted someone was Fresh Beauty’s Sugar Lip Treatment in Honey ($37). My friend saw me using this and I gave her mine as she loved it so much after I let her try it.

The last beauty product that truly impressed me was EltaMD’s UV Clear Tinted Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 ($62). I recently bought it and it’s the perfect combination of a moisturiser and sunscreen without the white cast.

The last beauty indulgence I treated myself to was a hydrafacial. It’s a fuss-free facial that leaves your skin glowing while getting all the gunk out of your pores.

The last image I looked at for beauty inspiration was Christina Nadin! She’s so effortless and glowy.

The last makeup/skincare trick I taught someone was to my friend where I told her to try AHAs or BHAs at night before using a moisturiser as she had clogged pores. It might sound like a “duh” kind of tip but my friend never thought of trying it.
