GRAZIA's Best Of Beauty: 10 Best New Products Of the Week

As the local beauty industry has returned to its former glory with drops by the day, we have taken it into our hands to talk weekly about some of the best beauty launches. Some are noteworthy for their instant results, while others are special simply because they make us feel and look good while looking good themselves.

Here, the top 10 beauty launches that landed on GRAZIA’s beauty desk or piqued our interest this week.

Pictured Above: 1. Seeing Stars
Tiny, shimmery bits of glitter in three eye-catching shades—gold-green Polar Night, purple-pink Magnetic Cloud, and pink-gold Cosmic Snow—roll into orbs instead of flaking into a cosmic mess which ensures that application is flawless whether you’re using fingers or a brush. It’s also the easiest way to transform a day look into night, especially if you’re looking to dazzle on a date.

2. Full of Zest

Instead of eating a citrus fruit in the shower like they tell you to on TikTok, this gentle bar soap scented with bergamot rind, ylang ylang, and lime is a cleaner option to relieve yourself of stress after a long day. Pro tip: Only keep a small piece in your bathroom at each time by slicing out a sliver. This is a solution to prevent the entire bar from melting away everytime it gets wet.
Aesop Refresh Bar Soap, $29

3. Doll Eyed

This wondrous wand creates Barbie-like lash definition that’s also smudge and tear-proof if you ever find yourself having an existensial crisis like her. Its formula also creates volume that’s easily controllable: swipe upwards once for a natural look or zig-a-zig-ah from root to tip for Anime Barbie lashes.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Lash Sculpt, $46

4. Raising the Bar

Hedi Slimane has a knack for turning mundane things into objects of desire and the concept of ultra bougie soaps hasn’t slipped his touch. Available in sets of three and in four different scents from the House’s fragrance line—Parade, La Peau Nue, Eau de Californie, and Reptile—each is presented in a beautiful box and covered in grain de poudre paper. Perfect for gifting, self-consumption, or as a glamorous way to scent one’s wardrobe.
Celine Perfumed Soap, $165

5. Flora Fantasy

If you’ve had an epic holiday in Europe this summer, good for you. If you didn’t, then be there in spirit with one spritz of the latest flanker from the Gucci Floral line: a sweet, and cozy floral bouquet of patchouli, magnolia, and dewberry that brings to mind a summer of bare feet on grass and twirling around in crochet lace dresses.
Gucci Beauty Flora Gorgeous Magnolia Eau De Parfum, $265 for 100ml

6. Japan Hour

It seems like the sakura flower is in full bloom again when it comes to perfumery and Kenzo’s take on the creamy-scented blossom is to make it the main focus of an ikebana arrangement. Sobacha tea provides some depth with its roasted notes and as for the flowers and foliage that fill in extra spaces, jasmine, indian tuberose, and sandalwood add a touch of opulence and sophistication.
Kenzo Flower Ikebana Eau de Parfum, $195 for 75ml

7. In the Air

Hermès new powder imbues the skin with an iridiscent and multi-dimensional glow (read: shimmering, not glittery) and contains hyaluronic acid derivatives to prevent its finish from ever looking cakey. But the real luxury is its Pierre Hardy-designed white and gold casing and H passant embossed stamping on the powder’s surface that makes it enticing enough to pull out in public for touch-ups, if the need ever arises.
Hermès Plein Air H Trio Iridescent Mineral Powder in 01 Rose Atacama, $147

8. Cast Away

The twee bottle’s design strangely has nothing to do with the juice inside: a delicious mix of mango and bergamot with the right amount of jasmine and pink pepper that gives it some fizz. Reminiscent of a summer cocktail drunk at your favourite beach club, it comes garnished with sandalwood and patchouli that gives it an addictive spice too.
Paco Rabanne Fame Parfum, $247 for 80ml

9. Perfect Line

With a tip so precise that you can draw a straight line even in the back of a moving vehicle, the pearlescent wash of colour this eyeshadow stick gives easily blends out into a wash if you well, still end up making a mistake. An inclusion of a built-in sharpener also makes it travel-friendly.
Rare Beauty All Of The Above Weightless Eyeshadow Stick, $37

10. All Hours

Tarte is the master of base makeup that literally stays all day thanks to Amazonian clay, but in an eyeshadow context, the material also prevents its colours from oxidising. This palette contains nine shades ranging from metallics to shimmers that promise all day-wear and lasting colour, and creating a look based on each of their names lives up to the name of the palette itself: untamed fierce feline, anyone?
Tarte Cosmetics Maneater™ Volume III Eyeshadow Palette, $50
