French pastry giant Pierre Hermé is bringing his world of confections to Singapore this August. 63-year-old Hermé is the master pastry chef behind his eponymous Parisian-style bakery. According to the renowned chocolatier, the creations are less cosy bake shop, and more haute patisserie. With dazzling locations in Tokyo, Doha and London, the industry legend is finally bringing a slice of that delectable goodness to Resorts World Sentosa.

Doors to Pierre Hermé Singapore open on 1 August, and—in classic Singapore fashion—we can already foresee giant lines snaking outside the store. If you only have room in your belly for one thing, opt for the macarons. The French pastry institution is famous for their perfectly-executed macarons: tiny bites of delicate meringue cookies sandwiching creams and various fillings. But that’s not all.

Other baked goods, such as cakes, madeleines, viennoiseries and even treats crafted specifically for Singapore, will be available upon the official opening. Most notably, Pierre Hermé Singapore is also the first boutique worldwide to introduce a selection of bubble tea. But this is not your average boba tea spot. These tapioca- or fruit-sphere-topped creations will come in a variety of flavours signature to the brand, including ispahan, which combines raspberry, lychee and rose in a single sip.

The Resorts World Sentosa locale is also the first destination outside of Pierre Hermé’s original Paris branch to include ice cream in its offerings. At the Pierre Hermé Paris Ice Cream Bar, there are 12 exciting flavours to choose from, including some exclusively created for its new Singapore home. And if you’re anything like us, it might be hard to walk away with just one scoop.

At Pierre Hermé Singapore, patrons can also bring home sweet treats for loved ones, like jams, pralines and chocolate spreads to continue the Parisian café feels at home.

For those seeking a heartier selection, you can also head to La Table by Pierre Hermé. The all-day dining spot will serve up classic French cuisine, including dishes like the breakfast-favourite oeuf mollet and the strikingly simple yet scrumptious filet de boeuf.

Food offerings aside, you can visit the Pierre Hermé Paris Furoshiki Stand for gifts to take home to friends and family. The stand presents a series of thematic Japanese wrapping cloths, available in three colours and sizes, which can be used for gifts, decor and even accessorising your favourite purses.

Pierre Hermé Singapore opens its doors on 1 August 2025, and will be situated at Weave at Resorts World Sentosa, 26 Sentosa Gateway, #01-234.
