Available from 8 to 14 May 2025, its specially curated 3-Course Mother’s Day Set Lunch is a culinary ode to the women who raised us—with every course crafted to reflect both resilience and elegance.

The experience begins with a sparkling toast—complimentary Chevalier Blanc de Blanc—to mark the occasion. Diners are first treated to a vibrant Beetroot Cured Salmon, featuring six-day house-cured Norwegian salmon adorned with pickled radish, edible flowers, and citrus dressing. The main course invites a choice. Does mum feel for the richly marbled Wagyu Striploin MB 8/9, grilled over signature applewood and elevated with koji paste and portobello pesto? Or would the Miso Ginger Cod Fish, served with ikana mussels and buttered green peas tick her fancy more? Available till 31 May from 2pm to 5pm, the set features Ondeh Ondeh Cake, Laksa Shrimp Vol Au Vent with caviar, and kaya-paired pandan scones. And how can we miss Old Chang Kee’s iconic offerings of vegetarian-friendly Curry Potato Puffs and the boldly spiced Sardine puffs?
