Chanel is making its grand return to the Grand Palais in Paris for its Spring/Summer 2025 show.

Fashion fans will be familiar with the historic monument, which has served as the setting for Chanel’s fashion shows for two decades. As part of those presentations, the Grand Palais’s spacious nave, marked by its magnificent glass roof, has previously housed the larger-than-life props dreamed up by former Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld. That includes an iceberg, a passenger ship, and a Chanel rocket.

In recent years, the Grand Palais has undergone restoration and renovation works, with significant support from Chanel. The French luxury house will contribute 30 million Euros to the budget of the cultural institution, according to WWD. And given that Chanel is so closely tied to the Paris landmark, it only makes sense that the building now features an entrance named after the fashion brand’s founder, Gabrielle Chanel.

Model Nigina Sharipova walks through that very entrance in a teaser for the upcoming Chanel fashion show. In the black-and-white film by Inez & Vinoodh, Sharipova is dressed in black Chanel jumpsuit with a feathered collar, and her face is adorned with whimsical, ultra-long eyelash extensions made with feathers. At the end of the teaser, she takes a seat in the centre of the Grand Palais’s nave.

Similarly, we will be seated when Chanel unveils its upcoming collection. You can expect to see some stylish celebrities on the front row, including Blackpink’s Jennie, and GRAZIA Singapore cover star Rebecca Armstrong.

The Chanel Spring/Summer 2025 fashion show takes place at 8.00 pm on Tuesday, 1 October (Singapore time). Tune into the Chanel livestream below to get a glimpse of the new collection, straight from Paris Fashion Week.
