Paris Fashion Week is finally upon us. The month of September has been building up to this very week, and there’s much to look forward to as Paris brings out the heavy hitters of Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chanel and more. Apart from the fashion giants borne from the city, fashion week also heralds the welcoming of a new wave of designers making their mark on the industry—Korean label Kimhēkim and cool-girl certified Paloma Wool are just among a few that we’ve got our eye on this season. While the attention of the world is focused on the runway and the celebrity filled front row; when in Paris, we know that the best way to take in the style du jour is to hit the streets of Paris for some street style inspiration.

On the streets of Paris for the Louis Vuitton and Sacai previews, showgoers were dressed in slick ensembles, choosing to swap out baggier fits in exchange for crisp button downs and elegant skirts—bringing back the spirit of the classic ‘French girl’ look back to into our periphery. Of course, in light of Chitose Abe’s showing of Sacai, work-wear inspired outfits were aplenty matched with hybridised utilitarian vests and cargo pants. Amongst the Parisienne style mavens were celebrities dressed to the nines, including Singaporean fashion royalty Yoyo Cao and Willabelle Ong, alongside A-listers Tyga, Ashley Park, Paris Hilton, Cole Sprouse. And not to forget the man of the hour, Pharrell.

Camellias were abloom on Day 9, which could only mean one thing—Chanel on the main stage. While fans were going wild over the appearance of Blackpink’s Jennie in a teddy-esque set, showgoers were dressed in ensembles well worthy of our attention—tweed was optional, but obviously a popular choice. It was It-girl galore over at Miu Miu, with guests like Sydney Sweeney, IVE’s Wonyoung, G-IDLE’s Minnie and the Internet’s favourite fashion darling Emma Chamberlain making an appearance.
